Rules of entering
The Academy admits citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons, as well as persons with refugee status living in Ukraine on legal grounds, with appropriate educational (educational qualification) level and a wish to receive the higher education. Foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in Ukraine, as well as people who have been granted the refugee status in Ukraine are admitted to the Academy on the same conditions as citizens of Ukraine.
Students are admitted to the Academy on the competitive basis regardless of the sources of funding.
A citizen of Ukraine has the right to obtain a free higher education on a competitive basis if it is his/her first higher education. A citizen of Ukraine has the right to obtain a second education free of charge, if, due to health reasons, he/she has lost the ability to perform professional or official duties according to his/her previous qualifications, which is confirmed by the findings of the medical and social expert commission.
Persons with diplomas of full secondary education are admitted for studies to receive the degree of Bachelor.
Persons with Bachelor diplomas are admitted for studies to receive the degree of Specialist.
Persons with diplomas of Bachelor or Specialist are admitted for studies to receive the degree of Master. The studies at the educational level of Master are financed from the sources of physical or legal persons.
The Academy and the Institute of Banking in Sevastopol admit students for the second-year study based on the junior specialist diplomas previously received by the graduates of technical schools and colleges in the related areas of training or on the basis of a full higher education.
